SUCCESS STORY
-
1997
The beginning of a success story
Foundation of the Tintschl Group
In 1997, Dagmar Salleck, now CEO, took the plunge into self-employment with a clear vision: to specialize in technical personnel and engineering services.
She recognized early on the growing demand for highly qualified specialists in the technical field and founded Tintschl with the aim of combining flexible personnel services with expert advice.
The idea proved convincing: soon, well-known companies from the Nuremberg-Erlangen metropolitan region were relying on the reliability, competence, and efficiency of Tintschl.
Growth began. -
2000
Establishment of new business areas
The company is growing - not only in terms of personnel, but also in terms of content:
In 2000, Tintschl expanded its range of services to include two key business areas. In addition to personnel services, engineering and IT solutions are now also an integral part of the portfolio. This strategic move further strengthened the “Tintschl" brand as a comprehensive technology and consulting partner.
The next milestone followed just one year later:
Tintschl acquired a company specializing in fluid mechanics. This consolidated the group's position as a provider of complex engineering services in future-oriented technology areas. -
2000
Establishment of the Tintschl-Salleck Foundation
Social commitment has been a central component of the company's philosophy from the very beginning. In 2000, the Tintschl-Salleck Foundation was established with the aim of supporting children and young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
The foundation is committed to giving young people prospects, instilling confidence in their future, and actively promoting their education. The focus is particularly on:
local charitable projects and institutions,
the promotion of education and training,
the strengthening of tolerance and social responsibility, and
a clear focus on the future and equal opportunities.
To date, the Tintschl-Salleck Foundation supports numerous social initiatives, thereby making a lasting contribution to the positive development of society. -
2003
Expansion through targeted acquisitions
In 2003 and 2004, Tintschl consistently continued its growth course. The acquisition of two personnel service companies specializing in industrial assembly and skilled workers marked the next strategic step.
These acquisitions marked the start of a targeted expansion:
the service portfolio was expanded, new markets were opened up, and the operational presence in Germany was strengthened.
Tintschl thus continued to develop from a specialized service provider into a broad-based technology and personnel partner. -
2005
International expansion
The Tintschl Group's international success began in 2005: a branch in Poland and investments in the USA, France, and China underpinned the group's growth strategy.
The merger of the individual companies soon resulted in a successful corporation. -
2006
Nationwide expansion
With the acquisition of the TEAM-Work Group in 2006, the Tintschl Group sent a clear signal for growth:
Thanks to the extensive branch network of the TEAM-Work Group, Tintschl was able to significantly expand its presence, particularly in western Germany, bringing it even closer to its premium customers.
The next step followed in 2008:
New locations in Berlin and Nuremberg strengthened regional proximity and expanded the company's reach in important economic centers.
What once began as a regional service provider developed during this phase into a recognized nationwide partner to numerous well-known companies. -
2008
Reorganization in challenging times
The global economic crisis of 2008 also poses major challenges for the Tintschl Group—particularly in the area of temporary staffing, which has been severely affected across the industry.
During this phase, the company undergoes a strategic reorganization:
Locations are consolidated,
resources are focused on core competencies,
and internal structures are made more efficient.
But one thing remains unchanged: the team spirit.
True to the motto: “Tintschl would not be Tintschl... if we did not continue to work together on our success.”
The crisis gives rise to new strength - through focus, cohesion, and a clear view of the future. -
2010
New branches for growing markets
The continuously increasing demand for qualified services necessitates further geographical expansion:
Starting in 2010, the Tintschl Group will open new branches in:
Hamburg,
Bamberg
Hanover
and Augsburg.
With these locations, Tintschl is strengthening its proximity to customers in important economic regions – and further expanding its presence throughout Germany.
The success story continues – with vision, growth, and customer focus. -
2018
Expansion through strategic acquisition
To further strengthen its engineering expertise, the Tintschl Group is acquiring a long-established engineering service provider in 2018.
This step will enable us to expand our service portfolio, particularly in the areas of design and calculation of systems, and thus offer our customers tailor-made solutions for complex technical challenges. -
2022
Multiple awards as a top employer
The Tintschl Group was already recognized as a top employer by Focus magazine in 2020 and 2021.
In 2022, it achieved a hat trick: in addition to receiving another Focus award, Tintschl was also recognized by Kununu as a “Top Employer 2022” and by CHIP magazine as a “Top Employer for IT Jobs.”
