SUCCESS STORY
-
1997
Foundation
In 1997, the current CEO Dagmar Salleck ventured into the market for personnel services - not in the commercial sector like many other newcomers, but in the provision of technical personnel. From the outset, she had the vision of establishing herself in the engineering sector in particular, as she recognized the growing demand very early on. Her goal of offering flexible personnel services with competent advice for highly qualified personnel was successfully implemented and after a short time, well-known companies from the Nuremberg-Erlangen metropolitan region began to appreciate Tintschl's reliability and efficiency.
Growth begins.
-
2000
Establishment of new business areas
In the fiscal year of 2000, two further business areas were established to round off the product portfolio and strengthen the "Tintschl" brand. Since then, the group has also offered solutions for its customers in the fields of engineering and IT. Just one year later, a company specializing in fluid mechanics is acquired.
The engineering specialization continues.
-
2000
Tintschl-Salleck Foundation
Founded in 2000, the Tintschl-Salleck Foundation focuses on supporting children and young people who grow up in a socially disadvantaged environment. The aim of the foundation is to give young people hope and confidence in their own future and to open up prospects for them. To achieve this goal, the Tintschl-Salleck Foundation supports local charitable organizations and projects in particular. The focus here is on educational and training tasks, tolerance towards others and a future-oriented approach.
Many social projects are still supported today.
-
2003
Expansion
In 2003 and 2004, Tintschl continues to grow at an above-average rate, partly through the acquisition of personnel service companies specializing in industrial assembly and skilled workers.
These two acquisitions were the kickoff for further expansion.
-
2005
Tintschl international
In 2005, the success of the Tintschl Group also extends internationally. A branch in Poland and holdings in the USA, France and China underpin the group's growth strategy.
The conglomerate of companies now forms a successful group.
-
2006
Nationwide expansion
With the takeover of the TEAM-Work Group in 2006, the Tintschl Group acquired an extensive network of branches in order to be closer to its premium customers in western Germany. Further branches will be opened in Berlin and Nuremberg in 2008.
The former regional service provider is developing into a recognized nationwide partner for numerous companies.
-
2008
Reorganization
In the wake of the global economic crisis, which hit the temporary staffing industry particularly hard, a drastic reorganization took place: site closures and concentration of activities on core competencies.
Tintschl would not be Tintschl... we continue to work on our success - as a team.
-
2010
Newly established branches
Market demand requires new locations to be opened: Hamburg, Bamberg, Hanover and Augsburg are added over the following years.
The success story continues.
-
2018
Expansion through acquisition
To strengthen its engineering expertise, the Group acquired a long-established engineering service provider in 2018.
For many customers, the design and calculation of systems will be the solution to their problem.
-
2022
Multiple awards as a top employer
Tintschl already received the Focus Top Employer awards in 2020 & 2021. In 2022, in addition to the "Hattrick" award from Focus as a top employer, Tintschl is also delighted to have received the "Top Employer 2022" award from Kununu and the "Top Employer for IT Jobs" award from CHIP magazine.
The Tintschl Group stands for quality, trust and efficiency for both clients and employees. That is why Tintschl is always working hard to live up to its high standards and continue to prepare itself for the challenges of the future.
